💌 WM Digest | June 25

By all accounts, summers are hard for moms.

I never fully appreciated that until this year. And not because I’m in the thick of it, but because so many of YOU are! (While we daycare age parents have plenty of other stuff to complain about, summer childcare gaps are not frequently part of the issue!)

So, that said, let me know what times and days🔒️ you’d prefer for programming, particularly summer programming! (If you’re not a member and programming timing is one of the things preventing you from jumping in, I’d love to hear from you, too!)

p.s.: WHAT DO YOU WANT TO SEE IN THESE DIGESTS MOVING FORWARD? I’m looking for ways to make these worthwhile for all subscribers. Reply to this to let me know what would keep you engaged!!

🔦 NEW MEMBER SPOTLIGHT 🔦

🔗 Leila Spann | President & CEO @ enbloom Marketing
👨‍👩‍👧 Kid: My daughter just turned two this month!
📍 Location: Indianapolis, IN
💗 Favorite thing about the WM Slack community: How vulnerable women here are. Regardless of what you have going on or what you’re considering, this community will get behind you with a rally cry, connections, advice, or votes of support which is powerful for me since I work in a male-dominated industry.
✈️ Upcoming trip: A week of relaxing on a lake in the middle of nowhere adirondacks with extended family in upstate NY
🐕️ Pets: Two pitbills who think they’re lap dogs, Jackie and Apollo
💃 Hidden talent: Salsa dancing! I’ve been dancing since I was three and most recently performed with a semi-pro salsa team in Indianapolis for three years before having my daughter. After college, I traveled to Germany and the Netherlands to train with different salsa schools.
🏋️‍♀️ Favorite way to relax: Working out, traveling, & being outside.
🎯 Goal for the upcoming year: To continue to grow my marketing business, enbloom Marketing. I’ve recently been laid off and I’m and accepting new clients to begin working for myself full time.
