💌 SOWM Digest 034 | introducing curated connections

🤝 meet other working moms

In partnership with

One of my favorite things about the Society of Working Moms is getting to connect 1:1 with other rad moms. It’s like an instant shortcut to connection; even if you haven’t been exactly where the other has been, you at least know that working motherhood is one. wild. ride.

We have intermittent “3×30” networking sessions that are open to the public — the idea being you can quick connect with 3 working moms 1:1 over the course of 30 minutes. ⚡️ Whether you join the “coffee break” version or the “happy [1/2] hour” version, and it’s always fun!

Jill came to a recent coffee break and then promptly joined the community:

Powerful, honest, hardworking, supportive, inclusive… and we are waiting for you, too! Your first 14 days are free, so give us a try!

We also just launched a 1:1 matchmaking service called “curated connections” just for members. You get matched based on where you are in your motherhood journey, your work journey, and any shared interests. It’s been so great to see so many connections already happening.

Let’s get into it!

The good stuff, as touted inside the Slack community!

This babymaking comedy streaming on Hulu, this cheeky and blunt weather app, this cordless stick vacuum, this viscerally cathartic book/movie on early motherhood, this list of simple social justice CTAs, and this throwback show about starting over in your 40s.

Short list today! Tell me: what is your go-to product/resource/media these days? (Simply reply to this email to let me know!)
